Yes, I work with Metal and Wood , everything is done in house. I send nothing out, Your clock comes here, get's restored and sent back from here. Pretty simple - it gets done right the first time. I also have heavy security.

Someone asked about before and after photos of what a movement would look like that is over 100 years old - well I posted it here, I have just added how they look and what they look like after they are cleaned, different movements, point they look nice when they are done right - I added a click link on this page Red buttom will take you to the cleaning page right under the first two photos.

Many items come from overseas - I have to deal with the Tariff mess - import fees and duties and taxes in some case's VAT - it all takes time - and - new supply houses are on a huge backorder list for new clock parts - which means I'm on a backorder list for some newer cuckoo parts that are made from cheap plastic , it happen's, such is life - Antique clock parts are no longer being made, which is also another reason things are prepaid a lot of time goes into running a restoration business - it is not a drive through business, Ok ,-- if there is something I have not covered on my site yet just ask, yell or complain - VIA emails - text messages
{ That number on here is my personal cell phone, if I can pick it up 7 days a week including Holidays I do, and yes, Christmas morning, Thanksgiving dinner , if I'm running EQ or basting my turkey, I'll call back, Yep 7 days a week 365 days a year - If there is a bad storm and we loose power here in Florida } { Where the weather changes every 5 min's. } It could be days before I respond VIA email - { I'm not a grammar teacher or English Major, spelling will be corrected when I have time .I'm a Clockmaker and woodworker } - Cheers
